Kamel Maleh , Trésorier Onshor , Expert in Open Data
Kamel is a Chief Computer Engineer, very passionate about Open Gov projects and digital transformation in public sector. He works at the Ministry of Industry and SMEs. Kamel enjoys open source. He built the first open data portal based on CKAN in Tunisia
Issam Shaier, secrétaire générale, Access to information expert
Issam is a magistrate at the Tunisian administrative court and has developed several modules to train civil servants on access-to-information.
Moez Dalloua, Regional Director, FSVC
Moez is responsible for FSVC’s program activities in the Maghreb region. Moez holds an MSc (Hons) in finance from Paris Dauphine.
